Terms and Conditions for LOUDER


By purchasing a ticket or attending the LOUDER Gala & Awards hosted by Leon Ford (“the Event”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase & Entry

  • All tickets must be purchased through the official website, www.louderpittsburgh.com.

  • Complimentary ticket allotments for sponsors must be redeemed using the provided sponsor code.

  • Entry will only be permitted with a valid ticket or guest registration.

2. Refund Policy

  • All ticket sales are final.

  • Refunds will only be issued in cases of verified medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances, subject to approval by the organizers.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@thehearfoundation.org.

3. Event Changes or Cancellation

  • The organizers reserve the right to change the date, time, location, or program of the Event if necessary due to circumstances beyond their control.

  • In the unlikely event of cancellation, efforts will be made to reschedule or refund where appropriate.

4. Code of Conduct

  • LOUDER is a celebration of community, inclusion, and progress. We expect all guests, sponsors, and participants to treat each other with respect.

  • Disruptive, discriminatory, or harmful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event without refund.

5. Photography and Media Release

  • By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional use by The Hear Foundation and event partners.

  • These images and recordings may be used in print, digital, and social media channels.

6. Liability Waiver

  • Attendees participate at their own risk. The Hear Foundation, event sponsors, and venue assume no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage resulting from attendance or participation in the Event.

7. Accessibility

  • LOUDER is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience. Please contact us in advance at info@thehearfoundation.org to request accommodations.

8. Privacy

  • Your personal information will be used for ticketing, communication, and fundraising purposes in accordance with our privacy policy.

  • We do not sell or share personal information with third parties unrelated to the Event.

9. Use of Sponsor Materials

  • Sponsors agree to provide logos, ads, and digital assets in the required formats by the stated deadlines.

  • The Hear Foundation reserves the right to review and approve all materials before inclusion in any Event assets.
